Francis Gugen, Chairman
Francis is Fraudscreen's non-executive chairman. In addition, he has roles as a non-executive chairman and non-executive directorships with a publicly quoted oil and gas company and two publicly quoted oil services companies. He is also chairman and part-owner of a number of unquoted entrepreneurial companies, plus chairman of a world renowned medical research charity. Formerly, Francis spent 18 years with Amerada Hess Corporation, where he was CEO of the UK and North West Europe. He is a past president of the UK Offshore Operators Association, founder member of the UK Government's Oil & Gas Task Force and a past chair of Crine, set up to improve oil industry supply chain and exports. Qualified as a chartered accountant he worked with Arthur Anderson in the 1970's.
Matt Elsom, CEO
Matt has spent his career in the data and decisioning industry. He established businesses throughout Eastern Europe and Russia for Experian in the late '90's and into the new millennium. Subsequently, Matt was Sales Director of Provenir, a risk processes automation company, where is role was to 'start a business outside of North America'. Having established a client base across Europe and Asia, Matt moved to Callcredit as Sales Director and latterly to Portrait Software as Sales Director for the business in EMEA.

James Middlehurst, Director
James has been a leading figure in the mail order and direct marketing sector for over 20 years, where his experience of selling products via credit based transactions encouraged him to establish Fraudscreen with his co-founders. Previous roles have included Managing Director of Britannia Music and more recently as CEO of global publishing giant Dorling Kindersley. James has previously been a board director of the Direct Marketing Commission.

Victoria Tuffill, Commercial Director
Victoria is a recognised expert in the home shopping industry. Following her early career with Time Life, Victoria designed and ran the direct selling model for Selfridges before establishing herself as a sought after consultant advising many of the country's best loved home shopping companies. A co-founder of Fraudscreen, Victoria now work's with home shopping, telecoms, insurance and utility clients and specialises in developing innovative product applications for risk assessment and profitability evaluation.

Mark Arnold, Director of Professional Services
Mark is a data planning and buying specialist and has worked for many leading B2C and B2B clients and agencies over the last 17 years. His experience covers many leading brands including BT, BMW, BSkyB, HSBC, Littlewoods and Associated Newspapers. During his career Mark has held senior positions with leading data specialists in the UK; he was previously director of one of the UK's largest list broking businesses, Prospect Swetenhams (ICC) and a founding member of Zed Media, the direct arm of Zenith Optimedia. Most recently he was Business Planning Director at lifestyle data provider Data Locator Group (DLG). Mark served for 5 years as an elected member of the Data Council of the Direct Marketing Association.

Peter Taylor, Credit & Collections Director
Peter is an expert in credit and collections risk management, with more than 20 years client-side experience including roles as Head of Banking Credit Operations for HBoS and then Barclays Bank where he had full responsibility for over 3m credit card and loans accounts. Subsequently, Peter moved into consultancy with The Petra Partnership before joining Fraudscreen. In 2008 Peter co-authored 'Principles & Practice of Consumer Credit Risk Management', published by ifs School of Finance.

Caroline Worboys, Non-Executive Director
Caroline has worked in the data industry for over 20 years. Her experience ranges from start-up through to successful sale, turnaround, integration, divestments and acquisitions. Having sold her business to News International, Caroline went on to become CEO of Broadsystem, which she then sold to Callcredit Information Group at the end of 2007. During her tenure at Callcredit, Caroline became MD of Marketing Solutions which included Broadsystem, Eurodirect and GMAP Consulting. Caroline was part of the management team who had invested in and sold the Callcredit Group to Vitruvian Partners. Caroline is now the Managing Director of KBMG in the UK, part of the Wunderman Network.
