Vacancy: Customer Solutions Analyst
Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, we require a Customer Solutions Analyst with excellent data handling exposure and analytical experience. Experience of direct marketing in any business sector, either working client side or in an agency is also an advantage. The role will be client facing, including the presentation of analysis results and account management.
The role requires a good understanding of the practical and operational aspects of working with data, as well as the ability to understand and interpret data for analysis. Understanding client business models and applying them to the relevant Fraudscreen solution will be essential in effectively demonstrating the benefits of working with Fraudscreen. Confidence in communicating with clients is essential and a good understanding of writing and deliving presentations will be an advantage.
We're looking for an individual who thoroughly enjoys working with data in an innovative and strategic manner. The role supports both existing clients and new prospects (sales) and sits within the Customer Solutions team, part of the Professional Services function within Fraudscreen.
Key Responsibilities
Detailed responsibilities include:
- Ensuring efficient and accurate client data receipt and processing
- Data profiling and analysis – provide insightful client recommendations in use of Fraudscreen data to benefit their business model/improve ROI
- Support the Customer Solutions Manager in the creation of high quality analysis results presentations.
- Client meeting attendance and presentation of analysis.
- Effective management of allocated accounts as required by the Customer Solutions Manager.
- Support the Professional Services Senior Analyst in the profiling and analysis for new business prospects.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for process improvements, and follow-through accordingly
- Maintain and manage data processing schedules.
- General administration, including recording and maintenance of client contacts, analysis and presentations
Skills required include:
- Degree educated (minimum 2:1), preferably in numerical/statistical/computing field, e.g. Business Information Systems, Business Computing, Statistics.
- Strong data driven background and comfortable in the manipulation and handling of data - data literacy is a must.
- Experience of analysing complex sets of data to spot trends and make robust recommendations.
- Confident in communicating and presenting - professional, smart, eloquent.
- Exposure to the direct marketing industry including list selection, production and reporting.
- Solid general IT skills, including all MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
- Other data manipulation languages (SPSS, SQL, SAS) a strong advantage but not essential.
- Keen attention to detail – must take personal pride in their work.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation.
