RealTime
If you access the RealTime area of the Website, you agree that you are an authorised representative of your organisation that has signed a Member Agreement or NDA. Your organisation will be given a username and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Website using your username and password. You must use every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to any unauthorised person. You shall not transfer your username to any unauthorised person. You shall also not permit, either directly or indirectly, any unauthorised person to use your username or password.
You must notify us immediately if you believe that your password is known to someone who is unauthorised or if it may be used in an unauthorised way. We accept no liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of any password.
Amendments
We reserve the right to make amendments and changes to the information on the Website and any references to details of products or services, including pricing, are subject to change without notice.
