This seminar, organised by Callcredit Information Group, will examine the current trends in fraudulent customer behaviour in the insurance sector and the techniques available to combat it.  The seminar will also give insight into new data and upcoming regulatory reviews.   James Middlehurst, CEO of Fraudscreen, will be presenting alongside Mark Jones, consultant for financial crime at EMB.  Their topic, 'Consumers Behaving Badly' will explore the growing issue of first party or opportunistic fraud, manifested as inflated insurance claims.
