11th August 2008, Peter Taylor, Credit & Collections Director at Fraudscreen, has co-authored 'Principles & Practice in Consumer Credit Risk Management' with Helen McNab of ScorePlus, published by IFS School of Management today.

A constant companion of students on IFS and ScorePlus Consumer Credit courses, this third edition has been thoroughly refreshed to reflect the changing nature of the industry. Peter was invited to contribute particularly to sections on governance, legislative and compliance frameworks, account management and behaviour scoring strategies for fraud, collections and recoveries control.  Peter also put his wealth of industry experience into the operational sections of the book.
