Fraudscreen appoints data industry leaders
Fraudscreen has appointed new directors Matt Elsom and Caroline Worboys to reinforce its expertise, develop new sales strategies and accelerate growth.
As the new CEO, Matt has a distinguished track record in the data and decisioning industry and will work alongside founder James Middlehurst. Matt started his career at Experian, where he went on to establish several credit businesses for the company across Eastern Europe and Russia in the late '90's and into the new millennium. He moved to US-based risk process automation company Provenir, establishing a strong client base across Europe and Asia before moving to Callcredit as Sales Director. Prior to his appointment at Fraudscreen, Matt was Sales Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Portrait Software.
Matt says, "I've been in the industry for many years, so I'd known about Fraudscreen for a long time and had heard nothing but good things. Its a very strong product that directly addresses the immense challenges faced by all consumer facing sectors in tackling fraudulent activity by customers. This is an exciting time to join the company."
Joining Matt on the Fraudscreen board, as a non-executive director, is former Callcredit colleague Caroline Worboys. Caroline's brings extensive experience from the data industry including time as CEO at Broadsystem and Managing Director of the Marketing Solutions arm of Callcredit, overseeing Broadsystem, Eurodirect and GMAP Consulting. Caroline is currently Managing Director at KBMG, part of the Wunderman Network.
