Classic
Our Classic file is at the core of the Fraudscreen product suite. It is designed to aid decision processes in new customer acquisition by providing an assessment of the likely payment intention of the prospect or new applicant. The solution delivers a segmentation that breaks payment behaviour into one of 32 different individual level codes, across six geographic segments. For ease of application, the codes are aggregated into broader segments based upon a client’s own payment acceptance levels following detailed retrospective analysis of historic campaign data. These broad segments are then colour coded using a traffic light system, from green (best), through amber (mixed) to red (worst). Blue codes represent a geographic match only, where we have been unable to match the individual. The resultant ‘colour code signature’, bespoke to each client, then forms the benchmark for screening outbound and inbound marketing activity.
Classic Plus
Classic Plus is designed for advanced users of Classic by adding another layer of discrimination within the geographic element of the coding structure. Whilst the geographic element of Classic is a very powerful discriminator in its own right, some business sectors and product ranges require a further level of insight to a prospective customer’s payment intent. Classic Plus does this by breaking down the geographic only matches to create a set of 69 codes, rather than the 32 codes associated with Classic
